Behind every pair of hopeful eyes at APASA lies a story waiting to be rewritten.
Many of our dogs have spent most of their lives behind shelter walls - some, like Sebra, never knowing the warmth of a real home.
Sebra was with us for over 15 years, since she was 3 months old. She never gave up hope.
Her gentle spirit, quiet strength, and silent wish for love are now part of the soul of this website.
Though she passed away just two days before our new website launched, Sebra’s story marks not an end - but a new beginning.
This website is dedicated to all the souls still waiting. Especially our senior dogs - so often overlooked, yet full of love and loyalty. Please take a moment to look beyond the years.
Even after all this time, they still believe someone will come to take them home.
